This Committee is responsible for;
- Receiving and welfare of all guests and visitors
- The preparations of the venue of any DRO programs (public preaching, lectures, seminars, workshop and aid distributions)
- Organization of transportation to any venue DRO program within and outside the state
- Entertainment/welfare at any gathering organized by DRO
