This Committee is responsible for;

1. Conducting Research on issues/matters which affect the Ummah as deemed fit by DRO
2. Overseeing the development of new ideas and ideas that would enhance DRO activities
3. Coordinating the application of new innovations and technologies to facilitate DRO programs
4. Quality assurance for all existing DRO programs
5. The Coordination of Government Intervention programs, Donor Agencies and Philantropist
