This Committee is responsble for;

1. All constructions such as building of schools, masaajid, drilling of bore holes and sinking of wells etc
2. Maintenance of all existing building infrastructure
3. Service and repair of vehicles
4. Advising the Shura Council on transport policy and construction projects
